We started 20 years ago in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Our founder, Kevin Schippers and his wife, Beth, created Erbert & Gerbert's from the ground up. With a lot of time and attention and a commitment to high quality, the roots of Erbert & Gerbert's was built. The concept started franchising in 1992 and to date, has expanded to 45 stores across the Midwest from Green Bay, Wisconsin, to Denver, Colorado.
