Existing franchisee becomes multi-unit owner of our growing sub franchise with new Minneapolis location

We’re celebrating 100 Erbert & Gerbert’s Sandwich Shops! Franchisee Manuel Pizaño-Carlo recently had the honor of opening our 100th Erbert & Gerbert’s location when he opened his second shop in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. At Erbert & Gerbert’s, we’re proud to celebrate our shared success with him and take this occasion to invite other potential franchisees to explore the momentum of our sub franchise opportunity.

Pizaño-Carlo moved to the U.S. from Mexico and worked in the real estate industry for 15 years before becoming an Erbert & Gerbert’s franchisee. He already owns one location in St. Paul and, in addition to his new store, plans to open at least three more shops in the area over the next five years.

Opening our 100th store isn’t just an exciting milestone, it’s also a turning point as we accelerate our expansion. We have been serving guests for nearly 30 years, meaning we have the strength of our experience and longevity in the business underpinning our growth.
