Below is information about the Erbert and Gerbert’s Sandwich Society Rewards and App.

How it Works

Spend 1 Dollar, Earn 1 Point. On any menu item! It’s not just for sandwiches anymore. 🙂

50 points = $5 Reward. Spend it how you want, on what you want.

Signup

You can sign up in the App or on this website.

Erbert and Gerbert’s App: the Erbert and Gerbert’s App is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Click here to download. Once installed you can signup quickly and easily.

Earn

You can earn points in a couple of ways. Note: the maximum points able to be earned on a single transaction is 150 points.

In-Store:

Scan QR Code: open your app and tap the ‘Scan’ button at the bottom. This will bring up a code that you or the cashier can scan at the counter, then points from that order will automatically be added to your account. Please note: small delay in timing may occur, not instantaneous.

Phone Number: Once at the counter, tell the cashier your phone number connected to your rewards account. They will enter it & your order will automatically be added into your account.

In-App Online Orders

When ordering online from within the App, your order is automatically linked to your Rewards account and points are automatically earned.

In-Browser Online Orders

When ordering online in a web browser, click/tap the <Account> button in the top right corner to ‘Login’ to your account. Once logged in, your order is automatically linked to your Reward account and points are automatically earned.

Phone-In Orders

When ordering over the phone by calling the store, let the staff member know that you are a Reward member and be ready to give them the phone number connected to your reward account. Once that is completed, your order is linked to your account and points are automatically earned.

Redeem 

Note: the maximum reward dollars that can be spent on a single transaction is $15 and all unredeemed reward dollars expire after 365 days.

In-Store Orders

Please note you can only use (1) offer or reward at a time & you cannot combine an offer with a reward.

Scan QR Code: open your app and tap the ‘Scan’ button at the bottom. This will bring up a code that you or the cashier can scan at the counter, you can then see your rewards & offers on the customer facing screen & you can select or tell the cashier what you’d like to use. 

Phone Number: once at the counter, tell the cashier your phone number connected to your rewards account. Once entered, you can then see your rewards & offers on the customer facing screen & you can select or tell the cashier what you’d like to use. 

Online Orders

You can order through the App or via a website browser on any device. Just login with your credentials and any of your Rewards or Offers will show up on the Checkout page and can be applied towards your purchase.

Q: Do I need an email address to join rewards?
A: Yes. A valid email address is required. Additionally, the email address must be unique. In other words, the email address cannot already be in use by any other Rewards member.
