Training
Our industry-standard Synergy training takes place in our company-owned stores and lasts for three weeks. This training class has a narrow focus on our product and execution, ensuring you have the foundation needed to deliver our world-class product as efficiently as possible. The curriculum ensures new franchisees have all the tools necessary to execute all aspects within their stores. Our best-in-class on-site support takes over from there. Each store is assigned a Franchise Consultant who helps them reach higher levels of profitability as they grow with the brand, visiting no less than every eight weeks. The learning never stops, as our commitment to leadership by action ensures that owners have a dedicated support channel for assistance and expertise on any aspect related to their operations.

Erbert & Gerbert’s does not offer financing and will not guarantee your note, lease or other obligation. Erbert & Gerbert’s can recommend preferred lenders. We’re listed on the Franchise Registry as an approved SBA franchise.
We estimate it will be 9-12 months to open the restaurant once you sign your franchise agreement. Time frame can be delayed due to site selection, leasing and market condition.
Real Estate: Within 48 hours of signing on as a franchisee, a real estate manager will reach out to you, and they know example what to look for in your market.
Construction: Whether building, remodeling or relocating, we assist you with store design, contractor selection and equipment orders and specs.
Training: This is typically a 4 week combination of classroom and hands-on, in-store management training. Erbert & Gerbert’s has training store in two cites. St. Paul, MN and Rochester, MN.
Marketing: We assist with national and local advertising that exist of social media, customer service and PR. You’ll also been in touch with the marketing corporate team that will assist in LSM (local Store Marketing) plan .
Operations: We provide on-site opening support for the first 2-4 weeks. Thereafter, we visit every 6-8 weeks to educate on new initiatives and provide ongoing assistance.
