No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win. Promotion runs July 13, 2020 to July 26, 2020.
Create a TikTok video that is between 15 seconds minimum and three minutes maximum in length and submit between July 13 and July 24 on TikTok. Winning submission will be announced on Erbert & Gerbert’s TikTok and on Erbert & Gerbert’s social media pages on Monday, July 27th. All submissions must tag @erbertandgerberts on TikTok and must include the hashtag #TheWurstAnthem in order to qualify. No exceptions. Must follow all TikTok community guidelines. Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, TikTok.

Mail a self-addressed, stamped, envelope containing one (1) 8 1/2” x 11” sheet of paper with your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number to:

Mail-in entries (AMOE) must be postmarked between July 13, 2020 and July 19, 2020 and received at above address no later than July 23. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries accepted. Enter up to two (2) times, with each entry mailed separately in a stamped envelope. Entries become the property of E&G Franchise Systems, Inc. (the “Sponsor”).
ELIGIBILITY
Open to residents of all 50 states and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age and older as of July 13, 2020, except for employees of the Sponsor, participating Erbert & Gerbert’s Sandwich Shop locations, their affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies (the “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited. Potential winner will be notified by posting on TikTok, on Erbert & Gerbert’s social media, and where applicable – email address in their Sandwich Society account, and must sign and return any required Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 7 days of the date notice is sent or such other date set by Sponsor. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the price to an alternate winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner’s name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect or postage due entries; lost, late, misdirected prize notices; or any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes or announcement of the prize. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify this sweepstakes in a manner deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, at its sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.
PRIZES
The prize consists of a $100 Amazon gift card. Total prize value: $100 Limit one prize per family or household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner. Only one alternate drawing will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM
Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Wisconsin, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable state courts located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin or the applicable federal courts located in Madison, Wisconsin.
